The builders in this section included Dennis Homes, Star Homes, MasterCraft Builder Group and Landon Homes. Several were custom-built homes and feature large expansive front porches & back-alley garages for low maintenance living. Lot sizes range from 40’-60’.

The original Lakes II Section included Mattamy Homes, Dennis Homes & David Weekley Homes. This section is completely built out and features traditional style homes on lot sizes ranging from 55’-70’. The majority were built between 2011 and 2014.
The Lakes I section was one of the first sections Built & Developed by Mattamy homes when they purchased the Development in 2014. This section is now completely built out as well and featured 70’ lots and estate-style homes.
The Landings section of RiverTown features alot of RiverViews b/c of it’s proximity to SR13 & the St Johns River. Mattamy built this section out quickly between 2014 & 2017. Mostly traditional homes from 50’-60’ lots and a few Rear-Garage 60’ lot homes with excellent pond views line Kendall Crossing & Perdido Streets.
Homestead took off quickly featuring lots with pond or preserve views directly across the street from the private RiverTown RiverClub facilities. Homestead II still offers new construction options to build from the ground up.
Northlake is Mattamy Homes attempt at offering a more affordable housing options within the RiverTown Community. Our honest opinion is once you add in the basic upgrades you will want and hefty lot premiums the option isn’t much different, or “more affordable” than the other options with similar lot sizes available.
